Our services
The Centre Victoria pour femmes offers individual and group counselling, supportive care and attention referral to other services and representation. Prevention, awareness and education are also at the heart of our intervention, and are integrated into all the means used to prevent and abolish violence against women. Our services are offered primarily to francophone women aged 16 and over in the Greater Sudbury and Algoma regions.

Counselling and support
Free counseling and support for French-speaking women affected by violence. The CVF can help with all forms of violence, including sexual assault, domestic and partner violence, senior or elder abuse, harassment and more.
Personalized Support
Confidential and personalized support during appointments with police, medical, and judicial services, as well as in housing searches, as needed.
Representation and Advocacy
As needed, we provide information and referrals to other specialized services within the community.

Education, awareness, and prevention within our communities are at the core of our work. These elements are integrated into all the methods used to prevent and eliminate violence.
24/7 Support Fem’aide
Fem’aide, the provincial telephone support line, is available to all women and anyone affected by violence against women, who speak French and live in Ontario, Canada. Primarily for women, Fem’aide also offers listening and support services to those close to a woman who has experienced violence or sexual assault.
